To cancel your subscription we ask you to book a time for handing it back at one of MIOO’s service locations. Return your bike at least 48hrs before your next payment date.

Book your time-slot at a MIOO location:

We will do a quick check to make sure everything has been used properly and that everything works as it should. If something is broken, you can pay for it on the spot by credit card.

We check:

• Missing key
• Fenders and frame
• Broken saddle
• Missing lights
• Wheels

Your subscription ends when the bike and keys are checked in and you have paid any outstanding invoices and repairs (normal wear and tear during normal use is included).
