You can use your bike as much as you want! You pay a monthly fee in advance and the subscription ends when you have returned the bike.

To return the bike when the subscription is cancelled you can book a return-time at Lidingö, Regeringsgatan or Liljeholmen.

When you book your bike you choose when and where you pick the bike up.

Once you have confirmed you like the bike on location we will check you out, activate your subscription and adjust your starting date.

To cancel your bike plan we ask you to book a return date at one of our service centers. Make sure you have returned the bike to us 2 days in advance of your next payment date in order to not pay for the next monthly cycle. Read more here on cancelling.

  • You can book a service appointment Regeringsgatan or Liljeholmen
  • If the issue is minor, our mechanic can fix it on the spot.
  • If the bike needs repair, you’ll receive a replacement bike when you drop off your own.
  • If the damage is due to negligence or an accident, you’ll cover the cost of service and repairs up to maximum 1000 SEK.
  • Normal wear and tear or warranty issues are included in your rental at no extra cost.

Would your bike get stolen, vandalised or otherwise damaged by a third party, you will pay max 750kr if you supply a police report of the incident.

Create a police report and supply us with a copy of the report and your key.

Our bike is suitable for girls and boys from 155 to 188 cm tall. The easiest is to just come by and test ride. At pickup we’ll adjust saddle and steering wheel to your length.

The start-up fee is 250 kr and charged only when you begin a new subscription period. If you cancel your subscription and later restart it, the start-up fee will be charged again.
