3.3 If you have an account with MIOO, MIOO collects personal information about you that you provide when registering your account holdings. 4.3 Currently, our payment provider is Stripe. If you sign up for MIOO Paid Services, we obtain limited information about your payment card from our payment processor, such as the last four digits, the country of issuance and the expiration date. Stripe uses and processes your complete payment information in accordance with Stripe’s privacy policy.
5. Why do we process information about you?
5.1 For you who are a customer of MIOO CYCLING
MIOO processes your personal data for various purposes. Mainly, MIOO treats your personal data in order to:
• Fulfill our obligations to you as a Customer, such as execution of ordering, payment and provision of support;
• Enable general customer care and customer service, as to answer questions and correct incorrect information;
• Provide information and direct marketing, by post, e-mail, SMS / MMS and telephone regarding MIOO’s and selected partners’ goods and services;
• Manage customer relationship and provide our services;
• Provide you with relevant information and customized offers in newsletters and on the web;
• Assess which payment methods we can offer you, for example through credit assessments;
• Improve our customer offering, such as the development of services, products and functions;
• Prevent fraud and risk management; and
• Follow applicable legislation, such as accounting laws.

8. Profiling
8.1 MIOO can process your personal data by profiling if you are an Account Holder. If you are an Account Holder, information about how you use our web site; which of our goods, services and offers you have been interested in; which of our newsletters you interacted with; which events you registered for; details of your orders and information; is analyzed about your account holdings to provide you with offers we believe fit you, and to invite you to events we believe you would like to attend.
8.2 You may at any time object to the processing of personal data by profiling. You do this by contacting MIOO at hello@mioo.cc. When MIOO has received your notification, MIOO will cease processing your personal data for this purpose.
9. How long do we save information about you?
9.1 Your personal data is only saved as long as there is a need to save them in order to fulfill the purposes for which the information was collected in accordance with this Privacy Policy. MIOO may save the information longer if it is needed to comply with legal requirements or to monitor MIOO’s legal interests, e.g. whether a legal process is in progress.
9.2 MIOO saves information about customers for a maximum of 24 months after the customer has last made an order or otherwise interacted with MIOO.
9.3 MIOO saves account holder information as long as the Account Holder has a MIOO.
10. Who do we provide personal information to?
10.1 MIOO may disclose your information to third parties, such as to partners and suppliers of card and communication services. MIOO may also disclose your information to companies that provide address update servicess to ensure that we have the right address information for you.
10.2 Third parties to whom MIOO discloses information or otherwise provides information about a customer or Account Holder may use the information only for the purpose of selling and marketing MIOO and MIOO’s partner services and products or for the purpose of providing MIOO related services with you as a customer or account holder. If you apply for a credit when ordering a product or service, your information may be disclosed to credit information companies.
10.3 Personal data may also be disclosed by MIOO if it is necessary to comply with applicable law requirements or requirements from authorities, to safeguard MIOO’s legal interests or to detect, prevent or pay attention to fraud and other security or technical problems.

MIOO has therefore taken the security measures needed to protect your personal data against improper access, change and deletion. For example, all data about customers and Account holders are stored in a database that is protected by access control and firewall.
13. Your rights
13.1 MIOO is responsible for ensuring that your personal data is processed in accordance with applicable legislation.
13.2 At your request or on your own initiative, MIOO will correct, de-identify, delete or supplement any information found to be inaccurate, incomplete or misleading.
13.3 You have the right to request
