Bookings and cancellations

Download the Mioo app and book one of our services and we will come to you. You select and decide the place, date and time in the app.

You can cancel a booking in the Mioo app if you go to the menu “My bikes” and tap on the bike you booked a Mioo service for. There you will be able to see history and booking status. Click on the booked time you want to cancel.
