Technical Issues

If you want to unregister from MIOO’s newsletters, click UNSUBSCRIBE in the end of the e-mail.

If your Mioo app does not seem to be working properly, there are a number of things you can try to test on your own.

Make sure your phone / tablet operating system is supported by the Mioos app, iOS (v.11.0 or later) or Android (v.6.0 or later).

Make sure you have a good internet connection.

You can try updating the Mioo app in the App Store or Google Play, restarting it, or reinstalling the app.

If the problem persists, please contact Mioo Support for further assistance.

You can easily terminate your subscription in the app. Go to “My Profile”, select “My Account” and then select “Manage your service agreement”.

If you have problems with a payment in our app; please check that your card is valid for internet payments. If you still have problems please contact hello@mioo.cc

Your bike needs regular maintenance in order to work well. To extend the lifetime of your bike it’s good to check the following:
Tire pressure should be adjusted regularly since the pressure will go down with time. The recommended pressure is written on the side of the tire.
Puncture can be caused by many things, but is rarely a guarantee issue.
The gear cables get extended with time and already after a short time they need to be adjusted for the gears to work well.
The breaks need regular adjustment. Important! Avoid all kind of substances/lubricants/dirt on the gears.
Wheel bults, handlebars, pedals and acres need to be checked.
The chain needs to be cleaned and lubricated regularly.
The bicycle should be kept clean and be stored in a safe place.
